How do I register as a supplier?

Go to My Profile → My Providers and click Register Company/Provider, then complete the registration form and upload the required documents.

How do I pay bid fees?

Open My Profile → Payments, find the pending fee under Pending Payment/s and click Pay Fees to view payment details and settle the amount in SOS.

How do I renew my registration?

Under Payments → Renewal, select the provider whose registration is due and click Pay Fees to complete the renewal.

How do I reset my password?

Use the Forgot Password link on the login page, or contact the service desk using the details above for assistance.
